چکیده
InP/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) are an emerging option in QD technologies for uses of fluorescent imaging as well targeted drug and anticancer therapies based on their customizable properties. In this study we explored effects when treated with HeLa cervical cancer cells. We employed XTT viability assays, reactive oxygen species (ROS) analysis, apoptosis analysis to better understand cytotoxicity extents at different concentrations InP/ZnS. addition, compared the transcriptome profile from QD-treated cells that untreated identify changes response QD. RT-qPCR assay was performed confirm findings mode action illustrated. Our determined both IC50 concentration 69 µg/mL MIC 167 It observed via cell decreased significantly MIC. Production superoxide, measured by ROS flow cytometry, decreased, whereas levels nitrogen radicals increased. Using apoptosis, found induced death samples shown be increased conclude decrease inducing stress levels, induction, alteration transcriptome.

CdSe quantum dots were in situ deposited on various structures of TiO2 photoanode by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR). Various sensitized TiO2 structures were integrated as a photoanode in order to make quantum dot sensitized solar cells. High power conversion efficiency was obtained; 2.89 % (Voc=524 mV, Jsc=9.78 mA/cm2, FF=0.56) for the cells that sensitized by SILAR meth...

The objective of this study was to observe the apoptosis-inducing effect and mechanism of baicalin on human cervical cancer HeLa cells. The inhibitory effect of baicalin on the growth of HeLa cells was measured by MTT assay, and cell proliferation and migration was analyzed by cell scratch assay. Morphological changes of apoptotic cells were viewed by the light microscope and electron microscop...

متن کاملLncRNA Miat Promotes Proliferation of Cervical Cancer Cells and Acts as an Anti-apoptotic Factor
There are a sub-population of cells in tumor tissues known as cancer stem cells (CSCs) which have similar features with stem cells, including self-renewal and differentiation capacity. Recently, it was established that not only stem cells factors such as Oct4, but also ES-associated lncRNAs are contributing to various regulatory aspects of CSCs. Myocardial infarction associated transcript (MIAT...
